Shipping
All orders are packed carefully and shipped via local courier. Standard shipping is SGD 6.00 flat rate via Ninja Van. Orders above SGD 60 ship free. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use 17track.net to track your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

- ✦Items must be unused and in original packaging
- ✦Posters must be unrolled and undamaged
- ✦Return shipping cost is covered by the customer
- ✦Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at pilestudio786@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
